Ron Rimondi, a sales associate for Paradise Lakes Realty and long time Paradise member with his wife, Roseanne, converted the three rooms that are part of the goverment affair challenge. The rooms were gutted and remodeled with fresh tile, luxurious bathrooms, and lavish furnishings, including DVD player and armoires that include bathrobes for guests to use. Mirrors were installed througout the 204-square-foot rooms to make them look bigger. The doors of the three rooms are printed with the names of the cabanas: "The Blue Lagoon","The Star Light Room","The Love Shack". Perhaps the most unique feature is the Star Light's Room's fiber-optic ceiling, which makes the ceiling look like the night sky when the lights are on. "These are truly luxury accommodations. Hopefully AANR can raise sugnificant funds through this," Raimondi said. |
